Florida Burlypicks Competition: Applications Open Until June 1st!

Burlypicks is a worldwide competition to find the best in Burlesque and Variety entertainment, and the Florida Regional event is coming up this July 25th!

Think you have what it takes to compete in this fun and exciting event? In addition to Burlesque, we are encouraging entertainers such as Dancers, Drag performers, Musicians, Magicians, Aerialists, Jugglers, Clowns, Comedians, Ventriloquists, Sideshow acts, etc. . . to complete for the gold!

Applications are now open. So if you have what it takes, or know someone who does, you can sign up for the Florida regional competition here:

Burlypicks is Coming to Florida!

It brings us great pleasure to announce that Burlypicks is coming to South Florida!

Burlypicks Florida Regional Competition

 

Burlypicks is an international competition in which burlesque and a number of variety acts (Comedians, Sideshow, Drag, and more) all battle to be named Masters of Amazement and Comedy, and go on to compete in the 2015 finals in Southern California!

This July 25th 2015, the Florida regional competition will be held at Respectable Street in West Palm Beach. This event will be co-produced by Miss Jenna Beth of Cupcake Burlesque, Crystal Swarovski, and Burlesque Bitch (www.burlesquebitch.com) the internet resource for all things burlesque.

Cupcake Burlesque takes a night off

We hope by now you have all heard that the lovely Dita Von Teese is bringing her Strip Strip Hooray! revue to Ft Lauderdale, for what she says will be be her final tour..! We are all very excited to welcome her and her very special guests to South Florida! ALSO the Sun Sentinel asked us to provide a bit of background flavor for their story on the show in today’s paper!
